DESCRIPTION: This Denver realty group asked us to develop a marketing brochure that promoted an upscale block of townhomes in a trendy downtown neighborhood. Since the target market consisted of young, urban, first-time buyers, we took a clean design approach, keeping the text and graphics minimal and the colors muted.
